90’s Lips…

Hello darling!

When wearing a darker eye I usually tend to stay away from pairing it with dark lips, but when I saw this gorgeous pencil, I couldn’t resist! Frankie Rose has an array of gorgeous lip liners, which also wear great as lipstick replacements. Sometimes I don’t feel the need to wear anything but lip liner and a little gloss, especially with these the liners are as pigmented as an actual lipstick. As for lip colors, the 90’s are making a return with the burnt brown hues and overly lined Jenner lips! I thought I would share with you all my favorite at the moment, it is called “Apple Spice”

This is a color that most wouldn’t pick first, but when applied to the lips it is a perfect burnt apricot brown dreamsicle! I think it looks lovely with a classic winged liner & copper, plum, brown shadows! It is the perfect rust hue that looks great on lighter skin tones. I have yet to try it on darker skin, but I am sure it will be more orange toned on darker skin.

1. Outline your lips with the Apple Spice liner, be sure to define the cupids bow.
2. Fill in the entire lips with the spice pencil, apply two layers so it is vibrant enough.
3. Apply your favorite clear gloss to the center.

{If you are a fan of lipstick as well, FR also carries “Apple Spice” in a lipstick form as well. BUY HERE!

Bronzed Copper Smokey Eye

Hello Darlings!
Happy happy Wednesday! Today I wanted to share with you one of the easiest looks that I LOVE to do. For those of you who love a smokey eye but dont like wearing any black or gray shadow on your eyes, a bronzed smokey eye is the look for you! This look includes only two eyeshadows, one shimmer brown, and a shimmer copper, both from MAC. Pop these colors on with a blending brush and some fun lashes and you have a perfect look for night & day! See the products I used below!

A Touch of Red…

Oversized hats, red lips, and gold glitter eyes. These are a few of my favorite things. Especially during the holidays, I love the way these all compliment each other. When doing a more bold lip you can either pair it with some bold shadows or keep the eyes a little more simple. With this look I wanted the lashes to stand out above anything else. I am wearing House Of lashes in Hollywood Glam, a major obsession of mine. For my lips I am wearing the brightest red lipstick I own, Raven from Frankie Rose Cosmetics. If you are taking your Christmas photos and are unsure of what makeup to do, I highly suggest this one. You will look stunning without trying too hard.
Bring in the season with a touch of red…

Foundation: Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24h- in the color: 250 Bisque W

I just recently tried this foundation because I heard great things about it from previous artists and friends. I liked the consistency of this foundation, that was the first thing I noticed about it. It is very creamy and goes on light-medium coverage. I suggest it for girls who don’t need to cover much on their skin and want a natural glow. It says that it lasts 24 hours, but it really lasts around 12. I needed to do a light touch up that evening but not much. I really like the way it turned from liquid to a soft velvety finish on the skin, great for those who have oily skin. It also will not cause breakouts because it has oil two of the best absorbing ingredients: Perlite and Silica.

Brush: Bdellium stippling** new favorite~ Apply to back of hand and dip brush in. Apply to skin.
Concealer: NC20 with Dermablend concealer brush** This brush is so worth the purchase. Its tapered shape blends creams seamlessly into the skin. It is also great for cleaning up shadows around the eyes. You can buy at your nearest Ulta or online above.
Bronzer/Contour: Smashbox bronze lights in Suntan Matte~ cheekbones, jawline, nose.
Brush: Bobbi Brown blush
Yellow highlight: NARS cream blush Gold Member ~ with the stippling brush, buff the product onto the brush and tap onto cheekbones, forehead and tip of nose.
Brush: Same Bdellium stippling brush
Powder: Translucent {Optional- I did not use in this look because it dries so quickly}

Eyeshadow: Stila Baked Trio “Gold Glow”
This is a great little trio of shimmering shadows from Stila. It looks great on skin tones more warm, but can be worn on any. You can use one brush for this entire look, or if you want to just use your fingers, this look is simple enough to do that instead.
Inner corner: White shimmer from Stila trio
Lid: Gold shimmer from Stila trio
bottom lash line: Brown shimmer from still trio {wing out at corner with Q-tip}
Glitter: e.l.f. liquid liner “gold” Apply to finger and tap onto eyelid for an extra glitter effect.
Lashes: House Of Lashes: Hollywood Glam {these are really beautiful for a more natural-long lash}
Mascara: They’re Real Benefit, coat lashes at the base of the application, also apply a thick amount to bottom lashes. No dark liner is used in this look so the eyes appear more bright.
Waterline: {optional} Apply a white eyeliner, I used my favorite Benefit High Brow.
Brows: NYX Brow Cake “Dark Brown”

Lipstick: Frankie Rose “Raven” {bright red} I applied a pop of the Gold shimmer Stila shadow to the center of the bottom and top lip for a touch of holiday glam!
