Product Review: Tom Ford Stick Foundation

Tom Ford can never go wrong. I fell in love with this stick foundation because of its extremely smooth texture. I am a fan of the more “full coverage” look, some may frown upon this but I don’t mind. This is what I prefer and love to get that flawless-face. If you are also a FC gal, then you will like this foundation as well. I had my eye on this for a while and finally bought it while in Saks in SF. I love the packaging and how easy it is to travel with. I now mostly keep it in my purse for quick easy touch ups on the go, since it is a stick-foundation its super easy to apply, where as other foundations require a brush or sponge. See a closer look below!

I chose the color Sable 06 because it was the perfect yellow/olive tone. I like to apply streaks on my face in the according areas: Forehead, cheeks, chin and nose. Leave under the eyes bare for concealer- OR if you want to use this product as a concealer you totally can!! Feel free to use your fingertips to rub in or any sponge to lightly blend. This stick is more creamy so I wouldn’t suggest it for overly oily skin, it is rich in hydrants. In this look below I am wearing 05 blending in with a flat foundation brush from Bobbi Brown. Givenchy Mister Light : Product Review

Good morning loves!

Thank you for stopping by! Today I am sharing a new product that is perfect for highlighting in all the right places! If you have been searching for the perfect under-eye product that doesn’t crease, this is great for you. Givenchy always delivers the highest quality ingredients, so I wouldn’t expect anything but the best in their concealers. See below my review on this beautiful pen!

Rating: 7/10 | I love the packaging of this product, it is easy to slip into your purse or clutch and take it with you for under eye touch ups. It smooths out fine lines under and around the eyes without creating product build up.

Skin type: Normal/ Dry / Oily – I have tried this on three different skin types over the past couple weeks and it has worked on all three skin types.

How to use: Twist up the end of the pen until you get a small amount of concealer that comes out the tip. Apply directly to the skin under the eyes, down the center of nose, forehead and chin. You can blend it in with the brush, with your fingers or with a Beauty Blender. I like to set the under eyes with the Stila Sheer Pressed Powder!

Cost: $34 – The price is a bit high for a concealer pen but I feel like it is for sure worth it. I have tried so many concealer pens and always regret the purchase because the consistency of the concealer is too wet and doesnt last on the skin. Mister Light works perfectly!

My color: Light
